"Scott was very attentive to our desire to find a retirement home in the St George Utah area. We had flown in to St George in early March and had limited time to try and find a home. Scott had several homes available for our viewing the day after our arrival. He advised us of how quickly homes tend to be sold in the current St George and vicinity marketplace and was instrumental in enabling us to have our bid on the home we eventually bought accepted. Being new to the area we relied on Scott's expertise in providing us with a bid amount that was most likely to be accepted by the sellers. Scott is also very knowledgeable on the local costs associated with home remodeling and recommended a great local mortgage company who made obtaining the mortgage for our new home a quick and worry free process"

"Scott was great in helping us find our house in St. George. We were moving from Salt Lake and he was always available and prepared with houses to see everytime we came down to look at properties, even when it was on short notice. When we found the right house in St. George our house in Salt Lake was already under contract and set to close in less than a month. Scott was able to get us under contract and we closed on our new house the same day we closed in Salt Lake. We were able to move right in to our new house the same day we moved out, which was very convenient for us and I know Scott had to put a lot of work into making that happen for us. We would definitely recommend him and would use him again when in need of a good realtor."
